Technological stage of realization roof of polyfunfcion building

This work deals with a solution of the technological phase of roofing on the polyfunctional building Masaryčky centre in Trenčín. It compares the current resolution of the roofing with an alternative suggestion. In the current resolution there is designed a classic, flat roof with gravity layer of polystyrene concrete and PVC of hydro insulation film. In alternative suggestion there is designed a gradient layer insulation of expanded polystyrene and hydro insulation of bitumen. Construction of flat roof is compared in terms of price, construction time, labor intensive and quality materials.

Hydraulic Demolition Hammers and Shears

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of hydraulic demolition hammers and shears used as an additional equipment of excavators. Thesis contains functional principle, various kinds of actuations of this hydraulical demolition hammers, their usage in special conditions and choice of suitable tool. Moreover thesis contains the principal of funcion of hydraulical demolition shears. Following part shows the summary of hydraulical hammers and shares of four sellected companies on Czech market. Final part shows the comparision of selected types of hydraulical hammers and shares from chosen manufactures. Comparision is displaied in graphs and used to make a conclusion.

Status of the judgement debtor in execution proceeding in comparison with legal regulation in the Slovak Republic

This thesis deals with comparing the status of the judgement debtor in individual stages of execution proceeding as it is defined by Czech and Slovak legal regulation. When describing the status of the judgement debtor, the stress was laid on the means of the judgement debtor's defence. When describing the selected means of performing the execution proceeding, the stress was laid on the devices that guarantee the protection of the judgement debtor. The thesis also relates to the legislative development of some of these devices. The initial pages of the thesis are discussing the execution proceeding in general, further, the means of ordering the execution proceeding are described and finally there is a description of the means of performing the execution proceeding. In the final sections of each chapter, there is a comparison of both legal regulations. The thesis also consists de lege ferenda reflections and it also mentions the crucial changes in the execution law of the Czech Republic.

The comparision of the basketball coaches'competencies to the other sports

Title: Comparison of basketball coaches competencies with other sports. Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis was to compile a basketball coach's competence list and compare these competencies with demands on selected coaches of other sports. Semi- structured interviews with active basketball coaches as well as the literature were used to obtain desired competencies. Methods: This marketing research included both quantitative and qualitative methods. The collected data from questioning players and coaches was obtained via an electronic questionnaire. The 4 level-point Likert scale without central tendency was chosen for evaluating the importance of the collected data and a semi-structured interview with active basketball coaches had been used to obtain desired competencies. These competencies were categorized into clusters which, subsequently, made the interpretation of the results more transparent. Results: The results of the research identified the most important competencies for the profession of an "ideal" basketball coach. These competencies (20 of them in total) were chosen to take part in competency profile. Testamentary succession in the czech and german legal systems

Testamentary succession in the Czech and German legal systems This thesis compares the testamentary succession in the Czech and German legal system. Testamentary inheritance sequence forms a significant part of the inheritance law in both countries and testament represents the most important heritage title. Czech Civil Code deals with regulation of inheritance law sections significantly less than the German Civil Code. While studying both legal systems I discovered many differences, especially in the organization of the possible contents of the testament. In Germany, as opposed to the Czech Republic, the testator in the testament can validly give such condition, order or the reference. Forms of regulation of testament are also different, German peculiarity is so called common testament of spouses. In general, the German legislature honors principle of autonomy of the will of the testator, his test freedom, much more than the Czech. Prepared codification of the new Czech Civil Code is inspired by our German neighbors and is returning to traditional institutes of inheritance rights, autonomy of the testator significantly is strengthened. As a result, the extent of the new legal regulation of succession is substantially larger than in the current Civil Code.

Comparison of selected fitness assumptions for teams various kinds of sports

The thesis deals with the comparison of the fitness predispositions and body composition in various kinds of sports teams. The aim of the thesis was to determine the differences between the fitness predispositions and body composition among ice-hockey players, cyclists and track-and-field athletes with comparable levels of performance from South Bohemia aged 15-18. As the main tests we used spiroergometric VO2max tests, the Wingate test on a bicycle ergometer and the analysis of body composition on the Tanita BC 418 MA device. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the transport mechanism of the organism and the factors that affect performance in those given sports. The practical part describes the tested teams, the used testing devices and the research process. Next, we analyze the obtained values and compare them against each other. All values were obtained using the load-test laboratory at the University of South Bohemia in the Department of Physical Education and Sport in České Budějovice. There are slight differences between the individual teams in each of the three tested aspects that are characteristic for the given sports.
